I realize that this post is in direct opposition to my resolution to embrace jewel tones in 2010, but it does uphold the promise to embrace patterns. Black and white remain wardrobe staples in refreshingly chic graphic prints.

definitely some nice patterns here. i especially like the zebra tank! plus, any one of these pieces would look great with a jewel tone accessory
ReplyDeletealso, thanks so much for stopping by my blog! one of my friends has a quilt like that, haha. she started noticing that some of her stuff was missing and her mom surprised her with it. i think they look great, but maybe i'll wait til they don't fit me anymore...

Yes, I have a tunic in this pattern and it's a great mixing piece, since the black and white can go with any color and other patterns even.
ReplyDeleteBlk and white always work well. So easy and chic. Color can be added to "change things up" -- say perhaps a *jewel* tone color. ;)

Most of the time I'm not a fan of black and white clothes/outfits because it's so stark when there are equal amounts of either color but I am loving that Charlotte R. top, the avant garde design is gorgeous.
ReplyDeletelove the wave scarf...so cute and totally necessary in this cold weather!!
ReplyDeleteprinted jersey dress - i need!! no matter how hard i try i will always have wayy more black in my closet than anything else... i think i'm just accepting it :)
