I've been wistfully daydreaming about my college days - or at least the romanticized version of college with musty libraries, afternoons spent reading British literature, and professors lecturing in tweed sport coats.
Instead of splurging on a semester's tuition, I'll get my collegiate fix with one of these tweed pieces.

I feel the same way about college. You described in perfectly! And what a great post you put together! I want those Charles David pumps....actually, I want it all :)
ReplyDeleteI love tweed! and I want those Charles David pumps.
ReplyDeleteCrystal: I do have to be honest, however, I don't miss the creaky auditorium hall desks and poor heating and cooling systems in any of the humanities-related buildings. I always wished the English and Journalism classes could be taught in the lush bioscience halls.
ReplyDeleteAbigail: I especially adore how versatile tweed pumps are. Maybe we can both justify a pair?
I love, love, love tweed!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you like the shoes I chose for my post. If only they weren't $1,000, I'd have to buy a pair!!!
Candi: I'll have to search for an appropriate substitute for those shoes. If I find a pair, I'll definitely let you know.
ReplyDeleteThe Charles David pumps remind me of these Kate Spade ones: http://glammed.blogspot.com/2009/10/nudes-for-autumn.html
