The moment I saw this Kate Spade bracelet, I had a total deer-in-the-headlights moment. Can't. Stop. Staring. This is by far the best nautical accessory I've seen. Summer, are you here yet?

I was flipping through an old issue of Harper's Bazaar when I spotted an Isabel Marant bracelet that looked just like one I already own. I'm sure the Isabel Marant version is beautiful (especially for over $200), but I prefer the rough-hewn elegance of the buffalo bone and stone bracelets by Bougainvillea Boutique. The boutique offers dozens of color combinations to choose from and each bracelet is only $55.

Each year I buy a new pair of sandals and wear them until they're hanging by a thread on Labor Day. For summer 2011, I'm crushing on this pair by Sam Edelman. The only decision left: on-trend color blocking or go-with-everything nude?

Love Affair

It was love at first sight. Never had I come across a bag that was undeniably "me" with its classic shape, ladylike crocodile embossing, gold hardware and a healthy dose of cheeky irreverence.

Headgear

Only the most style-confident of us can wear a hat. The head-topping piece has lost popularity throughout the last century, even though it's the most statement-making accessory one can wear. Nothing draws as much attention to a face than a hat.


I'm especially drawn to vintage hats with exquisite details - and dream of wearing one as the final touch to my cocktail attire. I try them on in every antique store I visit and search for them religiously on eBay. I have yet to purchase one, however; I'm holding out for a vintage Dior hat that I just can't live without. Santa Came Early

Last night my boyfriend and I exchanged Christmas presents. Partly because we won't see each other on Christmas day, and partly because we're just too darn excited about seeing each other open gifts.

He did incredibly well this year and I'm thrilled with the thought he put into each gift. But I just have to share my glee over one particular item:

It's a buffalo bone and malachite bracelet from Bougainvillea Boutique. I'll post proper outfits with it soon!
