Flower Girl

Romantic, sweetly-traditional gestures are a surefire way to my heart. On Valentine's Day, my boyfriend surprised me with a bouquet my three favorite blooms: tulips, lilies and daisies.

A lush bouquet in the middle of winter always makes me yearn for warmer weather and hints of spring. Since the Mother Nature isn't cooperating, I've found myself browsing for unapologetically girly floral patterns to beat the winter doldrums.

Wish List Wednesday: Juicy Couture

When Juicy Couture first came into popularity, I swore that I would never buy anything from a brand that splashed its name across the tushes of American college girls. (I normally don't have such a mightier-than-thou approach to fashion, but this trend irked me.) I've noticed positive changes in Juicy's line over the last few seasons and I'm relieved to see even more lust-worthy items.

Queen Anne Watch, $295

Pavé Crystal Stud Earrings, $48

Is there a brand you previously shunned, but are now starting to warm up to?

Little Luxuries: Cocktail Rings

I love juxtaposing glamorous cocktail rings with thick tweed and wool pieces in the fall. (Though, it may be because I'm prematurely anticipating holiday parties.)

Under $100

As much as I want to, I can't justify this Juicy Couture enamel and rhinestone cocktail ring ($98) - my boyfriend gave me a black onyx and diamond version last year for Christmas. It's gorgeous though and one of you should buy it and post pictures to entice me.

Under $50

This Swarovski ring by Joomi NYC ($50) measures an impressive 1.25 inches long and has more than enough sparkle to catch someone's eye.

Under $25

Forever21 continues to be a top contender for a rhinestone-encrusted cheap thrill, like the Dora Faceted Bead Ring ($5.80).

Garden of Eden

Foliage is aching to burst from tree branches and May flowers are just beginning to peek through the ground. If you're too anxious to wait for spring blossoms, pick up a bejeweled bouquet.
