Open-toe shoes and white after Labor Day?! It seems I'm balking at Mother Nature's insistence that it's autumn. She executed her revenge remarkably well yesterday. I had a Marilyn Monroe moment when the high winds whipped my skirt up outside of Walgreens. Well played, Mother Nature, well played. Pants it is.

Lovely outfit! Leopard print is so great and the white jacket looks great with it. And the pendant is gorgeous. What is all that stuff about no white after Labour day? Hear it often from Americans but have no idea as to why that "rule" exists.

Isn't it just "no white shoes after Labor Day?" That was always my understanding. Less strict, but still, I don't why such a rule came into being. I think a white sweater is just fine, especially a soft white like yours, Jessica. :-)
ReplyDeleteThe winds indeed have been crazy here in Wisconsin!
Wonderful top - I love little hints of leopard in outfits!
